Jenn Dice

President + CEO
People For Bikes

Jenn Dice has been a leader for bikes and the bike industry for more than two decades. As President and CEO of PeopleForBikes, she leads the national advocacy and industry trade association working to make America the best place in the world to ride a bicycle. Representing 325 bike industry members, PeopleForBikes works at all levels of government to improve bike infrastructure, pass pro-bike and pro-bike-business legislation, and reduce barriers to bicycling.

Growing up cycling in South Dakota and falling in love with mountain biking upon moving to Colorado, Jenn’s love of bicycling is the rocket fuel that powers her work. Her “why” is to bring people together through the power of the bicycle. She believes that bikes are a solution to many of the problems our communities face — mobility, climate, equity, public health, economic development, and more.

In 2023, Outside Magazine named PeopleForBikes one of the “Top 50 Places to Work” and the Escape Collective named Dice one of the “Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in American Cycling.” Jenn is energized by PeopleForBikes’ talented and passionate staff team and their collective vision for better, safer, more equitable, and more connected bicycling across America.

An avid endurance mountain biker, Jenn has completed the Leadville Trail 100 14 times and had the privilege of mountain biking down Mount Kilimanjaro (twice). Prior to joining PeopleForBikes in 2013, Jenn led the charge for all things government relations and public policy at the International Mountain Bicycling Association, which landed her in the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame and on Outside Magazine's "Power List," a catalog of the 25 most influential people working in the outdoors.
